Wells-next-the-Sea – A Dementia Friendly Town
Wells is working towards being Dementia friendly with many of the local businesses having staff trained to understand the needs of people living with dementia.

Due to the Coronavirus emergency meetings have been suspended until 7th September.
Planning Applications will be considered by the councillors and a response made by the Clerk. If there is an application that you wish to comment on please address those comments to the Clerk and the councillors will be made aware.

The hub will be staffed 7 days a week from 9am – 2pm. We cannot provide an emergency response but will try and put those in need in contact with a volunteer or support organisation.

Proposed changes to Parking Restrictions
As detailed in the Quay Magazine the Town Council has asked Norfolk County Council Highways to make some changes to the towns parking restrictions.
As part of the process the Highways Authority will consult with the public before any changes are made.
