EMERGENCY SERVICES PHOTOGRAPH

This was organised and taken by Campbell MacCallum on Sunday 10 February 2008.

QUALITY TOWN STATUS

Wells Town Council  gained Quality Status from 24 September 2007.  We were the 13th (of over 400) Councils in Norfolk, and the 467th (of over 22,000) in the Country to do so.
However, because the promised benefits have not materialised, and because it cost us approximately £500 per annum to maintain, we have decided not to renew Quality Status from September 2011. We do, however, intend to continue to be the best that we can be, despite this decision.
