NEW WELLS CAR PARK - Plans are now in place to create a new car park off Freeman Street - when completed (hopefully by the summer of 2010) it will help to alleviate traffic problems in Town.

COMMUNITY SPEED WATCH is an initiative promoted by Norfolk Constabulary to train local volunteers to use radar guns. This will assist in the drive to prevent speeding on local roads. If you are interested in applying, or to obtain further details, please contact the Town Council office.

QUALITY TOWN STATUS - Wells Town Council has gained Quality Status from 24 September 2007.  This makes us the 13th (of over 400) Councils in Norfolk, and the 467th (of over 22,000) in the Country.
