Allotments
We own and manage allotment garden plots in Northfield and Mill Road. Plots are available from 1 October to the following 30 September. Rents are currently £18 for a standard plot and will increase to £20 from 1/10/10.
From the autumn of 2008 new allotment holders will be asked to pay a deposit of £20 per plot. This will be returned if the allotment is handed back in useable condition, or used to pay someone to plough it or otherwise make it available for the next tenant.
